About POTENZA
POTENZA is an RF microneedling treatment: microfine needles go to a set depth in the skin and release radiofrequency (RF) heat from their tips. Because it delivers heat to the dermis without peeling away the skin surface, it stimulates collagen renewal and treats enlarged pores, shallow acne marks, rough texture and mild loss of firmness together. It is made by the Korean medical device company Jeisys Medical, and four RF modes and 14 tips let each treatment be designed for the individual skin.
How it works
A laser delivers energy from the skin surface inward. With POTENZA, the needle goes in first to open a path, and the heat is released at the needle tip. That keeps surface damage low while focusing heat on the dermis, where pores and marks begin.
Bipolar RF flows narrowly between the needles, suiting pores and texture in shallower layers; monopolar RF spreads wide and deep, suiting firmness across the whole dermis. Combined with two frequencies, 1 MHz and 2 MHz, they are used differently area by area on the same face.
Microfine needles enter to a set depth (0.5–4.0 mm).
The needle tips release heat, creating tiny thermal zones in the dermis.
Over the following weeks new collagen fills in, refining pores and marks.
POTENZA Tips
POTENZA has 14 tips according to the manufacturer. They fall into four groups, and tips are changed by area even within a single session.
Many needles treat a wide area evenly. Most often used for enlarged pores, shallow acne marks and texture.
Designed to push a skin booster through the channels the needles create. Used for combinations such as Juvelook or exosomes.
Deliver RF on the skin surface without needles. Used to treat texture and firmness with less burden on the skin.
A single needle, point by point, for precision. Used for small or localized areas.

POTENZA
The same-looking pores have different causes in different people: pores widened by oil, pores loosened by lost firmness, marks left by acne. POTENZA chooses the depth where that cause sits and delivers heat there.

The first study is a retrospective analysis without a control group, supported by the manufacturer (Jeisys Medical). The second covers RF microneedling in general, not POTENZA alone. Results vary between individuals and do not guarantee results at Dr. NewCell.

Your concern
Enlarged pores and shallow acne marks stand out not because of the surface, but because firmness and collagen are lost in the dermis below. POTENZA delivers heat directly to that depth and fills in from within, so many people come to it after exfoliation or toning alone changed little.
Who it fits
POTENZA rebuilds the dermis. It cannot resolve deeply tethered scars or facial sagging on its own, so we explain that boundary first at your consultation.
Equipment
The tip, needle depth, RF mode and energy are set area by area on the touchscreen and applied as planned. Tips are single-use — one patient, one time.
Process
Even with the same POTENZA, results depend on which tip, how many millimetres deep, which mode and what is added. That is why the doctor handles everything from consultation to planning.
The doctor checks whether your pores come from oil or loss of firmness and how deep your marks are. There is no sales counselor.
Tip, needle depth and RF mode are set area by area, and the booster to add is chosen.
Treatment starts after numbing cream. If you are sensitive to pain, inhaled sedation (Airnox) is prepared.

After POTENZA
Your face may be red and feel hot. Small needle marks may be visible.
Redness usually calms within 24–48 hours and daily life can continue.
New collagen fills in the dermis, and texture and firmness around pores change.
As sessions build up about four weeks apart, change in depressed marks becomes clear.
