Alltite brings a focused-shortwave heating method, long used in oncology, to skin lifting. Heat is concentrated in the lower dermis where collagen is densest, so you can see firmer skin immediately after treatment, with no anesthesia.
Alltite is a non-surgical lifting device developed by Innoxus that uses DLTD focused shortwave. Instead of pushing heat in from the skin surface like radiofrequency, or spot-coagulating the SMAS like ultrasound, its dielectric heating is designed so that temperature peaks in the mid-to-lower dermis, sparing the epidermis and reducing pain while delivering strong energy to the collagen layer.

Protect the epidermis, heat only the lower dermis
Firmness and fine lines are decided by the dermis, a collagen layer two to three millimeters thick. Conventional devices start heating at the epidermis and lose energy quickly with depth. After five years of development, Alltite was built so that temperature peaks in the lower dermis.
Radiofrequency is hottest at the epidermis; even with cooling, heat reaches only the upper dermis. Ultrasound coagulates the SMAS in dots, which tightens the line but does not make the skin itself firmer. Alltite peaks in the mid-to-lower dermis and sends little heat into fat, so it produces firmness and lift together with a low risk of cheek hollowing.
Thermal evidence
In the manufacturer's thermal-camera (FLIR) test, Alltite focused shortwave reached the 42 °C target within 30 seconds and kept the whole treated area evenly heated throughout. Under the same conditions, conventional microwave stayed around 40 °C even after three minutes.

One shot, sustained
Identical tissue was set to 14.1 °C. Alltite fired one shot; microwave was applied for five seconds in one spot. The frames show how the heat fades.
Why the dermis
Dermal collagen falls by one to two percent a year from the mid-20s, reaching about half of its 20s level in the 40s and a third in the 60s. Fine lines, firmness, pores and texture are all decided in this layer, so a lift that only pulls the line does not bring back the bounce. Because Alltite puts its energy into this layer, results are more visible from the late 30s to the 60s, when aging has progressed.

Short-term and long-term results together
One session starts both an immediate heat contraction (tightening) and months of collagen regeneration.
Immediate contraction of dermal collagen tidies the line. Mild redness may last about an hour.
Slight puffiness, like the morning after salty food, settles and the firmness and lift become obvious.
Fine lines stay smoother and the skin stays taut. Completing three sessions two to four weeks apart extends this period.

The rule is simple. Alltite handles firmness and the line; where volume remains, NewCell Fit fat-dissolving injection takes over. Alltite always comes first.
Alltite lifts the whole line first, then fat-dissolving injections are added only where fat has dropped: deep cheeks, jowls, double chin. Dissolving fat alone lets the skin sag, so the two are always combined.
